ResinMix Blend Workbench — SLA and DLP resin mix calculator with forward blend analysis, reverse property solver, and manufacturer resin library
Material characterization
ResinMix Blend Workbench
Model photopolymer blend properties from manufacturer datasheet values. Start in the Resin Library, then compute forward mixes, reverse-solve ratios, and maintain local profiles.

Resin Library — sync catalog and edit profiles. · Mix Analysis — forward blend from parts. · Reverse Solve — two-resin ratio solver (use Send to Mix for 3+ resins).
Resin Library
0 profiles · 5 manufacturers in catalog · stored locally in your browser
Catalog values are hand-curated from manufacturer TDS pages and product specs. Each profile is tagged by source quality. Properties we cannot verify on an official datasheet are flagged — run test coupons before production decisions. Sync catalog updates manufacturer entries (currently sold on official stores only). Reset catalog restores factory defaults. Add discontinued or third-party resins manually with Add profile.

Enter relative parts by weight or volume — any scale works (7:3 and 70 g : 30 g give the same blend). Mechanical properties use linear weighted averages; viscosity defaults to log blending for print tuning.
Pick two resins and set target properties — the solver finds the ratio that best fits (two-resin blends only). Multi-target mode returns a compromise when goals conflict.
